Both-sided siliconized baking papers, white or brown, for single or multibake use, are available in 39 or 41 gsm in sheets or in small rolls. Depending on the current situation and possibilities, the paper suppliers are the largest producers of baking papers in Europe, the paper mills are PDL (Papeterie du Leman), Nordic, Delfort and Metsa.
Exceptionally after agreement it is also possible to supply 45 and 57 gsm, but these grammages are only produced a few times per year.
We can also offer PREMIUM quality baking paper, which is produced only in 41 gsm and is suitable for baking pretzels and other more difficult/aggressive doughs. This quality can also be used for production of small rolls.
The most common sheet sizes of baking paper in a carton are 400 x 600, 570 x 780, 570 x 980, 320 x 530 and 450 x 750 mm in packs of 500 pcs. We also offer the size 416 x 620 mm packed in boxes of 1000 pcs for US market.Other non standard sizes can be delivered packed in paper reams (paper packages) or in boxes. However, for the new box size, additional costs for a new die-cutting plate must be taken into account.
We supply rolls of siliconized baking paper wound on cores 30, 50, 70 or 76 mm. Standard widths of small rolls with 200 meters winding are produced in 400, 430, 450, 500 and 570 mm on 30 or 50 mm cores. The standard packaging of these rolls is 6 rolls in a box, then 20 boxes per EUR pallet. The minimum quantity per order is always at least one pallet = 120 rolls.We can offer different widths of rolls with different windings for cores 70 and 76 mm. The minimum possible winding is 75 meters per roll and maximum is 50 cm diameter. According to hygiene requirements, we pack the rolls separately in foil, then in boxes.Customer labels can be attached to the rolls and boxes according to requirements.
Both-sided siliconized papers cannot be printed after the silicone coating has been applied on both sides.This paper is fully certified for food, compostable and recyclable.
