Other sheet sizes available upon request. Greaseproof paper can be supplied in small counter rolls with different widths on cores of 30, 50, 70 or 76 mm. The minimum roll length is 75 meters, the maximum roll diameter is 500 mm.
We can also supply these papers printed (flexo print) with a maximum of four colors with random printed designs/logos (repeated print). The minimum required order quantity for printing is 500 kg. Sheets with registered (centralized) printing can also be offered upon request. The colors used are water-based and meet the requirements for indirect contact with food. On request, it is possible to print with colors for direct contact with food. We supply these papers in the required fluorine-free quality PFOA and PFAS, the papers are supplied as standard with wet-strength (WS). Greaseproof papers are according to request supplied with a medium or higher level of grease resistance. This paper is primarily intended for packaging of greasy types of food such as french fries, pizza, tortillas, packaging of meat, fish, salami and cheese. It is also often used in bakeries for packaging of pastries. You can find this paper in various fast food chains as a food wrapper for sandwiches, hamburgers, pizzas or hot dogs. For less demanding customers, we also offer a cheaper option – imitation of greaseproof papers.
Imitation of greaseproof papers is suitable for those customers who need a cheaper option than standard greaseproof paper and who does not need paper with so high level of grease resistance for food packaging. It is a paper that visually looks exactly like pure bleached greaseproof paper, but in fact it is 100% pulp MF bleached kraft paper with wet strength (WS) without any chemical treatment. Therefore is this paper PFOA and PFAS free as well.We offer this paper in the same options as pure bleached greaseproof, i.e. as sheet sizes and small counter rolls with the possibility of printing. We offer this white MF kraft paper in grammages of 30, 32, 34, 38, 45 and 50 gsm.For the UK market we also offer a semi-bleached option - MG Lukabal 25 gsm with wet strength (WS), this paper is used mainly for packaging of meat and fish.On request, a cheaper version of MG bleached kraft (100% pulp) with wet strength (WS) in grammages 28, 30, 32 and 35 gsm can be supplied.Paper suitable for packaging of meat, fish, pastries or other less fatty foods.
